
Tobin LeBlanc Haley (she/her) is an Assistant Professor of Sociology at Ryerson University and formerly the Ethel Louise Armstrong Postdoctoral Fellow in the School of Disability Studies at Ryerson University. Tobin obtained a PhD in Political Science from York University; specializing in Canadian Politics, Gender Politics, Social and Public Policy and Disability Politics. Her research interrogates the implications of social policy making in Canada’s provinces and territories for people with living with disabilities. In addition to her postdoctoral award, her work has been funded by a SSHRC Connections Grant (w/ Dr. Laura Pin), the Investing in Justice Fund (w/ Dr. Jay Dolmage), the Ontario Graduate Scholarship Program and the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health Archives.
